Every single website we build is fully responsive — meaning it adapts perfectly to all screen sizes including phones, tablets, and desktops. Since most customers browse on mobile, this is something we take extremely seriously and test on multiple devices before delivery.

We write basic placeholder content and page copy for you based on your business description. If you have your own text, we'll use that. For Premium clients, we can do more structured copywriting on request. Either way, you review all text before the site goes live.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan or add features like a gallery, blog section, booking form, or admin panel at any time after delivery. We provide a quote for additions and implement them quickly — usually within 2–3 days.

Domain and hosting are purchased separately (they're third-party services). We guide you through the entire setup process or handle it on your behalf. Annual hosting typically costs ₹2,000–₹5,000/year and domain renewal is around ₹700–1,200/year depending on your domain name.

Never. The price you see is the price you pay for the website build. Domain renewal and hosting are the only recurring costs, and we communicate these transparently before you sign up. There are no surprise invoices.

We typically work on a 50% advance, 50% on delivery model — so you only pay the remaining half once the website is complete and you're satisfied. For smaller projects, full payment upfront with a full refund guarantee may apply. We discuss this clearly before starting.

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and Razorpay for card/net banking. Whatever is convenient for you — we're flexible.

Yes — Premium plan clients get an admin dashboard to manage their own content. For all other clients, small updates like text changes, image swaps, pricing updates, or new notices can be done by WhatsApp-ing us. We turn most minor updates around within 24 hours.

You can continue with an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) starting at ₹999/month for the Basic plan. Alternatively, you can reach out on a per-update basis and we'll quote you per change. Your website continues to run just fine regardless — support is about updates, not uptime.

Within your support period, we fix any issues at no charge. After the support period, minor technical fixes are handled quickly at a nominal charge. Critical site-down situations are always prioritized regardless of plan status — we won't leave you stranded.

No. Once delivered and paid for, the website is 100% yours — code, domain, hosting, content, everything. We sign no ownership agreement over your website. You can take it to any developer in the future if you choose to.
